Fluidized cone

The fluidization system is used on silos and hoppers when the powder tends consolidate and form an arch. Through nozzles, compressed air is injected into the hopper to fluidize the product and improve the flow performance.

The sizing of the installation by our design office will make it possible to determine the number of injectors, their geometry and the pressure necessary to allow better flowability.

For applications requiring quality, the air can be treated upstream of the injection points.
