Bin activator

The bin activator is a system that improve the flowability of powder through rotative vibrations at the bottom of a tank or a hopper.

The diameter of the bin activator depends on the diameter of the tank / hopper and on the type of product (density, flowability, etc).

They are equipped with all the necessary peripheral accessories:

– A flexible food joint to allow the connection between the vibrating bottom and the associated sheet metal

– One or more unbalanced motors

– An inverted cone to avoid “well” phenomena which can damage the sheet metal by collapsing

Our vibrating bottoms can also be dismantled with opening assistance.
