Sieving is a process that can be found in a large number of industries, especially in the food industry. The two main technologies are:
Flat sifter: Flow rates under 15 tons/hour and for applications requiring frequent cleaning. It is a sieve with circular flat grid equipped with a vibrating system.
Rotary sifter: Flow rate superior to 15 tons/hour or for clogging products.

Different options are available for both technologies:
Flat sifter: Ultrasonic unclogging, detectable stainless-steel grids, removable frame, unclogging balls.
Rotary sifter (made by CROIX): Unclogging by compressed air, pressurization of the bearings, flow aid, removable frame, access safety devices, rapid dismantling of the beater and the screw (perfect cleanability).
