Lump breaker

The lump breaker, made up of one or two rotors equipped with combs, rotating at low speed, makes it possible to break up clumps of product while maintaining the integrity of the product.

Some powdery products may have a tendency to clump together due to humidity, particularly during storage.

The narrow passage between each comb ensures optimal crushing and facilitates pneumatic transport operations leaving storage.

We manufacture lumpers of different sizes depending on the flow rates we wish to obtain.

It is also possible to add a variator to vary the flow rate range of the lump breaker.
